Writing daily and enterprise stories on race and opportunity in K-12 schools across the country, including coverage of English learners and the intersection of immigration and education; managing copy editors in print production; collaborating with designers and visuals editors for creative storytelling, including designing quizzes and reporting for video; moderating panels at in-person conferences and in webinars; co-edited four special reports for print and online including front-end editing, guidance, and line-editing of senior and newer reporters; co-founded the company DEI council; helped launch an internal source diversity tracker
